favourite online store - a small company with a great reputation, I
keep going back
again and again for their innovative, inexpensive, effective and fun
brain wave

Ennora is a relatively new player in the brain
wave toys field, but is producing some of the most intense binaural beats around. The good news for
you is that they are currently selling them at an intriguingly low
price in order to gain market share - so you can pick up
powerful meditation MP3s for just $11.11, and two for $19.
A
word of warning: Ennora's brain wave toys are STRONG, and are not for
the faint hearted. If you want nice, gentle meditations, simply visit
Unexplainable Store (above).
These recordings pin you back in your seat, overpower you and take you
on an absolute mind trip. You'll retreat into your
consciousness for half an hour on an internal adventure, and
experience deep sensations of energy and relaxation. It's fun, but
definitely not

Brain
Wave Alchemy is a new company I've stumbled across, and so far I'm
impressed. They offer good value
binaural beats recordings which create a noticeable shift in
consciousness. Created by a cool dude called Wayne who heads a big
binaural beats community at HealingBeats.com, these are definitely
worth evaluating.
They
are specifically designed to create states of deep relaxation
and focus - and with names like Zen
Mind Meditation and Laser
Focus, that's no real surprise.
I've found these tones to be
pleasantly relaxing and not too overpowering. My girlfriend likes them
too, which is sweet.
Brain Wave Alchemy is Binaural Beat Geek's official middle-of-the-road
recommendation for brain wave toys. It's good quality stuff, yet
unlikely to blow your mind. Good for an afternoon nap or an evening
chill-out, and very fairly priced at $15 (down from $30, apparently).
PS - fellow geeks
should keep a particular look-out for the fabulous Jedi Mind Trick recording. Great stuff. The stuff
brain wave toys geeks' dreams are made of.
Holosync
is the most famous of all the brain wave toys. No "best binaural
beats" list would be complete without a nod to the product that
revolutionised the brain wave entrainment market globally. Holosync has
improved the lives of countless thousands of people (including mine) in
over 170 countries, and can help you to reach uber-deep levels of meditative peace
and stillness too, and thus gain the proven health
benefits that come with this premium product.
Holosync was created by Bill Harris (featured in The Secret) back in 1989, and Bill
has been binaural beating ever since. You can read on their site how
their methods are scientifically
verified, powerful, effective and potentially transformative.
Frankly
put, there is no better meditate
like a Zen Master type product available. These beats will get
you closer to the elusive theta and delta
brain waves then any other.
I'd be astonished if you didn't see
remarkable improvements in your meditative or spiritual practice, mood
and outlook if you used Holosync regularly. There are
testimonials around the globe - it is a legitimate, effective tool.
The only downside with Holosync is the cost. It's not for
budget-shoppers, with a hefty $180 investment for the first Awakening
Prologue level, but make sure you pick up the excellent free 30 minutes trial CD anyway, shipped
for free anywhere in the world.
Note - there are several levels of Holosync that you can "graduate" to,
however I stopped after just one. This was mainly because the first
level
was beneficial enough, and secondly because I figured I could maximise
my investment elsewhere - i.e. Brain
Evolution System is $300 for the entire course, Holosync reportedly
has 13 levels... I'll let you do the mathematics on that one.
Still, if money isn't a stumbling block, Holosync should be on your
shortlist. It packs a powerful and potentially life-altering high, and
is The Godfather of the whole bunch.
Overall:8/10
- including a one point penalty, deducted for the continued cost.
Still, the first level itself is brilliant and will pack enough punch
for most.

A Bit of Perspective
Please be aware that using brain wave toys isn't a quick fix
cure to all of life's woes. Additionally, using these tools isn't the only
way to learn how to meditate and relax deeply, nor to explore
your consciousness - there is much value in learning to do so
naturally.
I do love brain wave toys and thus have been enthusiastic about the
benefits of my 5 favourite products, but please know that you do have to
put in work in to get good results. Immediate improvements are
possible, but the real benefits come over time.
In this case, the "work" is spending 30 quiet minutes with headphones
on a few
times a week, and being open to experiment
with ways to relax more and explore your consciousness. This is
honestly a lot of fun, but not for everyone.
